From forwarding your initial enquiry to confirming your treatment dates, international air tickets, accommodation and travel for accompanying family or friends to regular post surgery follow ups on returning from India.

Travelling to a foreign country for medical treatment is daunting prospect for anyone. That is why we are here; to be by your side from the moment you contact us and guide you through the entire process from the comfort of your home. We identify the best hospital(s) and specialist for your treatment, make all the necessary confirmations and do all your ground work, so at the end all you literally have to do is catch your flight to India.

As everyone’s needs and requirements are different, we at Med d de Tour offer completely personalised packages that suit you. Our service begins when one makes initial contact with a specific query.

Preliminary Consultations
We do all preliminary work of sending x-rays, medical reports to the hospitals and specialists on your behalf at no cost to you. If you would like to speak to the surgeon/ specialist we will open a direct line of communication for you and your GP if you like.

Confirming Treatment Dates
Once you are satisfied with the estimate provided and ready to ahead with your treatment we will confirm a date convenient for you. This includes booking doctors appointments, pre and post treatment accommodation including accommodation for accompanying family and friends.

International Flights
Being an India specialist company we offer very competitive fares on a number of carriers so you can fly your favourite airline or use your loyalty points. At the airport you will be met and escorted to your hotel for immediate check-in. If you choose to make your own travel arrangements we will still meet and escort you to your hotel.

Accommodation and Travel Arrangements
Our sister company Voyages to India, is an India specialist travel company with an excellent network of hotels, serviced apartments and guest houses to suit all budgets. We take care of all your travel and accommodation whilst in India, Our service apartments and guest houses are in close proximity to the hospitals making it convenient for accompanying family and friends.

Visa Service
You need a valid visa before you can travel to India for treatment. This may be acquired directly from The Indian High Commission or alternatively we will be happy to obtain your visa for you at a nominal fee. DOWNLOAD VISA FORM.

Post Surgery Holiday
We encourage our patients to take advantage of the many breathtaking and rejuvenating holidays we organise, before or after their treatment/surgery is completed. Our sister company, Voyages to India, is an India specialist travel company who meticulously plan out every holiday. Depending upon the type of surgery undergone, we offer appropriate holidays/locations to convalesce and fully recover – away from the hustle of city life and confinements of your room and hotel. We offer locations in close proximity to all the hospitals in our portfolio and our clients can choose from resorts/hotels at hill-stations, rivers, beaches, deserts and jungles.
